Troopers in Lyons arrest a Palmyra resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE

On Saturday, July 16, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons observed a traffic violation on State Route 31 in the town of Lyons.  Rheyanna A. Arliss, 38, of Palmyra, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%.  

Arliss has to appear in the Town of Lyons Court on August 2, 20122.
