Wallace, age 67, from Cato, NY head-on. The tractor-trailer continued off the north shoulder of the roadway. Mr. Wallace was transported to Upstate University Hospital for a shoulder injury.
McDowell was transported to Upstate University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A 21-year-old female passenger in the pickup was transported to Upstate University Hospital for a minor knee injury.
