Utica, NY – On October 30, 2020, at approximately 7:50 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the city of Utica for a vehicle and traffic violation. Upon interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle was established. The driver, Jallah N. Jackson, 24, of Troy, NY, was found to be in possession of approximately 3.1 ounces of marijuana.
Jackson was taken into custody and transported to SP Schuyler where he was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4th degree; a Class A Misdemeanor.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Utica Court on December 3, 2020.
