State Police in North Syracuse arrested Joseph Vigliotti Jr., age 26 from Tully, NY for Menacing 2nd degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
On January 6, 2020, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Troopers responded to a road rage complaint that occurred on Brewerton Road in the town of Cicero. The complainant stated a male, driving a Subaru van,  pointed a gun at her while she was driving down Brewerton Road after she just left the Target Store parking lot.  The vehicle and suspect were not able to be located the night of the incident.  The incident was investigated and the vehicle was located along with two BB gun pistols.  Vigliotti was identified as the owner and operator of the vehicle and admitted to displaying a BB pistol at the complainant on January 6th.   
On January 22, 2020, Vigliotti was arrested and charged with Menacing 2nd degree.  He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Cicero Court on February 6, 2020, at 5 p.m.
