On October 3, 2019, State Police in Queensbury arrested 20-year-old Anthony L. Dean of Glens Falls, and an 18-year-old, for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree (E felony), Making Graffiti (A misdemeanor), and Petit Larceny (A misdemeanor).
Troopers responded to the Speedway gas station in the town of Queensbury yesterday, after a manager reported to police that someone had spray painted graffiti on the exterior of the building.

Investigation revealed that Anthony Dean and an 18-year-old individual went to the Walmart in Queensbury and stole two cans of spray paint. They then used the stolen paint to make graffiti on the gas station.
Both subjects were taken into custody and processed at SP Queensbury, each was issued appearance tickets for Queensbury Town Court on October 21, 2019.
