On July 3, 2020, State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Enforcement Detail at Seventeen establishments in Saratoga and Warren Counties. Two individuals were arrested after selling alcohol to a person who was not 21 years of age or older.
MacKenzie Kerr, 23, of Glens Falls, an employee of Cumberland Farms in Queensbury, was charged with Unlawful Dealing with a Child 1st degree- Alcohol. She was issued an appearance ticket for Queensbury Town Court on August 17, 2020 at 9:00 am.
Harry J. Bala, 68, of Lake Luzerne, an employee of Luzerne Market in Lake Luzerne, was charged with Unlawful Dealing with a Child 1st degree- Alcohol. He was issued an appearance ticket for Lake Luzerne Town Court on August 12, 2020 at 11:00 am.
