PRESS RELEASE
 

On July 31, 2022, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Binghamton arrested Noe Casas-Aguilar, age 18 of Binghamton, NY and a 17-year-old juvenile for the following crimes: 

•    Two counts of Burglary in the first degree – class “B” felony
•    Two counts of Robbery in the first degree - class “B” felony
•    Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree – class “C” felony
•    Reckless Endangerment in the first degree – class “D” felony

On July 31, 2022, shortly after 2 a.m., troopers were dispatched to a residence on Bevier Street in the town of Dickinson for a report of two males that broke into an occupied home.  They fled the area and were located at residence in the city of Binghamton and subsequently arrested.  The two males were processed at SP Binghamton.  

Casas-Aguilar was transported to Broome County Jail for Central Arraignment and Processing.  The 17-year-old was transported to Oneida County Correctional Facility.  

Investigators were assisted by members of the Binghamton Police Department.
