On May 26, 2020, State Police in Queensbury arrested 34-year-old Kimberly A. Euto of Massena, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree- Intent to Sell (B felony), Criminal Possession of Marihuana 1st degree (C felony), Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug 4th degree (C felony), Conspiracy 4th degree (E felony) and two counts of Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor). State Police also charged 22-year-old Charles A. Thomas of Hogansburg, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (B felony), Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug 4th degree (C felony), Conspiracy 4th degree (E felony), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor).

Thomas was stopped by Troopers as he travelled on Corinth Road in Queensbury Tuesday afternoon, after he was observed committing a series of traffic infractions. Upon speaking with Thomas, the Trooper could smell the odor of marihuana coming from inside of his car. A subsequent search of the vehicle and its occupants, Thomas and Euto, revealed approximately 11 pounds of marihuana, approximately 5 grams of cocaine and a quantity of clonazepam tablets.

Thomas and Euto were both taken into custody and transported to SP Queensbury for processing. Both were arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Part and released on their own recognizance. They are due back in Queensbury Town Court on June 15, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
