Harrison, NY – On July 14, 2020, at approximately 2:25 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-95 in the town of Harrison, for a vehicle and traffic violation. Upon interviewing the driver, probable cause to search the vehicle was established.  The driver, Matthew B. Millington, 20, of Uniondale, NY, had a suspended license and was found to be in possession of approximately 8.1 ounces of Marijuana.  Further investigation revealed Millington had an active bench warrant out of Nassau County due to a violation of his probation.     

 

Millington was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP New Rochelle where he was subsequently charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 3rd degree; a Class E Felony and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.

 

Millington was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on August 11, 2020, and turned over to Nassau County Probation Officers.
