Unlicensed psychotherapist arrested in Columbia County

Austerlitz, New York – On March 18, 2023, the New York State Police arrested William G. Culley, age 57, of Chatham, NY, for the Unauthorized Practice of a Profession, a class E felony.

After receiving a law enforcement tip Investigators determined William Culley was practicing as a psychotherapist without a license.

Culley was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Austerlitz Court on March 22, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
