UPDATE:
State Police identify the victim in today’s suspicious death. Roberta Parry, age 38, from Kanona, NY was found deceased in her residence that she shared with her boyfriend, Ricky Brooks. State Police after meeting with Steuben County DA, Brooks Baker, arrested Ricky Brooks, age 55, for Murder 2nd Degree and Brooks will be arraigned tomorrow morning.
The investigation is continuing.

The State Police are currently on the scene of a suspicious death in the town of Bath. Troopers are interviewing an individual who is connected to the incident.
Troopers are confident that there is no danger to the neighboring area.
The investigation is continuing and additional information will be released when it becomes available.
