Glen, NY – On April 23, 2020, at approximately 10:35 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Glen for a vehicle and traffic violation.  Upon interviewing the occupants, probable cause to search the vehicle was established.  The driver, Tre C. Mathis, 23, of Utica, NY, was found to be in possession of approximately 469 grams of marijuana. 

 

Mathis was taken into custody and transported to SP Fultonville where he was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2th degree; a Class D Felony.  He was arraigned before the Town of Canajoharie Court and released on his own recognizance.  A return court date of June 18, 2020 in the Town of Glen has been set.
