PRESS RELEASE

On October 1, 2019, State Police in Saratoga arrested 46-year-old Shannon C. Phillips of Victory Mills, for Assault 2nd degree (D felony).
 
On the evening of September 19, 2019, Troopers responded to Clark’s Steakhouse in Schuylerville for an altercation between two customers.
 
When patrols arrived, they observed a male victim unconscious on the floor of the outdoor bar area. He was being treated by EMS.
 
Investigation revealed that the victim had gotten into a verbal altercation with Shannon Phillips during which Phillips punched him in the head rendering him unconscious. The victim sustained serious injury in the incident and was transported to Saratoga Hospital.
 
Phillips turned himself in at SP Saratoga and was arraigned in Saratoga Town Court. He was released on $2,500 bail, and is due back in court on December 3, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
