Wappinger Falls man arrested for sexually abusing a child

Wappinger Falls, New York – On March 15, 2023, the New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Marc H. Santoro, age 54, of Wappinger Falls, for Sexual Abuse in the 1^st degree, a class D felony, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.

After receiving a law enforcement tip, Investigators determined Santoro sexually abused a victim under the age of eleven years.

Santoro was arraigned before the village of Wappinger Falls Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail, $30,000 bond, or $60,000 partially secure bond.  He is scheduled to reappear before the court on March 20, 2023, and 9:00 a.m.
