PRESS RELEASE

On December 8, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Timothy J Best, 26, of Warsaw, NY, for DWI.

Troopers were dispatched by Wyoming County to Saltvale Road, for a report of a vehicle unable to maintain its lane.  Troopers quickly located the vehicle in the Tops parking lot in the village of Warsaw.  During the interview with operator Best, he was exhibiting signs of intoxication.  Troopers determined Best had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.  Best failed standardized field sobriety tests.  He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC.

Best was released with appearance tickets for Warsaw town court on a later date.
