On February 8, 2020, State Police in Latham arrested 22-year-old Andrew W. McConkey of Waterford, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor).

Shortly after 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, State Police were responding to a disable vehicle on I-787 northbound in Cohoes when they observed a speeding vehicle approaching. The vehicle failed to move over almost striking the trooper car.
