Waterloo Troopers arrest 2 individuals for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, (with intent to sell). 

On Friday, July 29, 2022, troopers from SP Waterloo responded to an incident on Kellys Corners Road in the in the town of Covert.  Geoffrey A. Stilwell, age 44, of Trumansburg, and Courtney B. Bowers, age 25, of Waterloo, were subsequently arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, (with intent to sell). 

Both individuals were transported to Seneca County Jail for arraignment.
