On December 1st, 2020, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jessie Catherman, 26, of Wellsbobo, PA, for Forgery 2nd Degree.
The Troopers received a fraud complaint in Ashville, and subsequent investigation revealed that while caring for a venerable resident in May 2020, Catherman forged the resident’s name to a check which was later cashed by a third party. Catherman was arrested Tioga, Pennsylvania, and extradited back to New York. Catherman was processed at SP Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
