Harrison, NY – On March 19, 2022 at approximately 1:00 a.m., State Police stopped a car on I-287 in the town of Harrison, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  While interviewing the driver of the vehicle, Edisson R. Mocha Cabrera, 28, of West Harrison, NY, he was found to be intoxicated. 

Mocha Cabrera was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .22%.  Additionally, Mocha Cabrera was previously convicted of DWI within the last 10 years and as a result was charged with the Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony. 

He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on April 3, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
