PRESS RELEASE
 

Buffalo, NY – On March 15, 2022, at approximately 11:45 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 198 in the city of Buffalo for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Brendon L. Mangum, 26, of West Seneca, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18%. 

Mangum was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on April 6, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
