PRESS RELEASE
 

Greenburgh, NY – On May 2, 2021, at approximately 1:10 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 in the town of Greenburgh for a vehicle and traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Daniel Martinez Maldonado, 40, of White Plains, NY, was found to be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.28%.   

 

Martinez Maldonado was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court on May 18, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.
