Harrison, NY – On February 19, 2023, at approximately 2:00 a.m., State Police observed a vehicle illegally parked on the shoulder of I-287 in the town of Harrison.  Upon interviewing the driver, Jose D. Flex Orozco, 38, of White Plains, NY, he was found to be intoxicated.  Flex Orozco was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.15%.  

Additionally, Flex Orozco has two prior DWI convictions within the last 10 years and is required to operate a vehicle with an ignition interlock device.  As a result, he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class D Felony, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; a Class E Felony, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with no Ignition Interlock Device; a Class A Misdemeanor.

Flex Orozco was turned over to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Harrison Court on March 14, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
