Willing complaint leads to DWI arrest for Wellsville man

On May 3, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Nathaniel A. Roeske, 30, of Wellsville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.

Troopers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked along the roadway on County Road 39 in the town of Willing. They found Roeske asleep at the wheel and determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Roeske was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where he refused to submit to a chemical breath test.

Roeske was released with appearance tickets for Willing Town Court, where he is due to appear in June
