Wolcott resident arrested on a Fugitive from Justice Arrest Warrant.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Tuesday, July 26, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott arrested David R. Richards, age 46, of Wolcott, on a Fugitive from Justice Arrest Warrant out of North Carolina stemming from sex abuse charges. 

Richards was transported to Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
