Tina A. Hoch, 51, of Sand Lake was charged with Assault 3rd degree (a class A misdemeanor), Resisting Arrest (a class A misdemeanor), Obstructing Governmental Administration (a class A misdemeanor), Criminal Tampering 3rd degree (a class B misdemeanor) and Disorderly Conduct (a violation).

At approximately 12:38 p.m. on September 24, 2020 State Police responded to a report of a fight at a local business in the Town of Sand Lake.  The investigation revealed that Hoch had been given a warning by her employer regarding the requirement of wearing her mask while at work.  Hoch then allegedly threw items at her manager, causing physical injury and also threw items around the business.  Hoch was later located and resisted arrest when being taken into custody. 

Hoch was processed and released.  She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sand Lake Court on 9/28/2020 at 5:00 p.m.
