Woman from Depew arrested for aggravated DWI

On May 20, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Nicole R. Nowaczyk., 42, of Depew, NY, for aggravated DWI.

 

On May 20, 2023, Troopers observed Nowaczyk make a right turn on red on to Transit Rd. in the town of Elma. Patrol had to brake and swerve to avoid a collision with Nowaczyk who had turned in front of the patrol vehicle. Nowaczyk was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Nowaczyk recorded a .19% BAC.

 

Nowaczyk was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Elma court for June 15, 2023.
