Woman from Grand Island arrested for Aggravated DWI

On March 15, 2023, Troopers out of SP Grand Island arrested Emoke T. Magyari, 46 of Grand Island for driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI.

 

On March 15, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to a one car property damage accident on the I-190 north in the town of Grand Island that had struck a guard rail. Magyari was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Grand Island for processing. Magyari recorded a .28% BAC.

 

Magyari was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Grand Island court for April 2023.
