Wrong-way driver arrested for DWI in Almond

On July 14, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Frederick Little Jr., 54, of Elkland, PA for Driving While Intoxicated.

Troopers investigating a report of a vehicle traveling east in the westbound lanes of Interstate 86 in the town of Almond, observed Little operating his vehicle in the wrong direction. During a subsequent traffic stop, Little was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Little was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.12% BAC.

Little was released with appearance tickets for Almond Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.
